Homes in Bristol Park are required to have Gray Weathered Wood shingle color, per HOA covenants and bylaws, Article 7.7. Ensure your roofer is aware of this requirement. Violation of this standard will result in fines and litigation. For additional information contact the HOA Board.

Thanks to all the neighbors that helped Light Up the Park with holiday light displays. What a wonderful wonderland Bristol Park is right now. During the December meeting of the Bristol Park HOA Board of Managers announced the winners of the Light Up the Park holiday light contest.
We encourage you to stroll or roll through our neighborhood to enjoy all the beautiful displays, keep an eye out for these unique characters: kissing Clauses; Holiday Hedgehog; holiday Harry Potter; Charlie Brown and Friends on thin ice; flagpole fir; holiday visitor from another planet and many more.

The Bristol Park HOA Board of Mangers approved policy to provide guidance on the use of solar panels in the neighborhood. This policy was posted publicly and approved on Sept. 19.
Join us for “Neighbors Night Out” on September 10th, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Bristol Park Playground. This event is part of a city-wide initiative to support strong neighborhoods and communities.
Enjoy free ice cream courtesy of the Bristol Park Homeowners Association while supplies last and fun and games. Special guests from our local law enforcement community will also be in attendance.
