Dues are necessary to pay for the upkeep of entrances and signs, common areas, the park and playground equipment, pool and pool house, irrigation systems, street lights and Insurance.  All neighborhood improvement projects and sponsored association activities are also funded through dues.

Who decides how the HOA dues are spent?

The Board of Managers, elected by the homeowners at the Annual Meeting in January, gather bids, vote on and approve all contracts for projects and maintenance. Any homeowner with an idea for neighborhood improvement can submit their request to the board for consideration.

How is the board elected?

The Board consists of five managers who serve one year terms. Elections are held at the Annual Meeting in January. Nominations for election to the Board can be made by a nominating committee or from the floor at the Annual Meeting of the association. Each household has one vote.

How do I get a pool pass?

Only Bristol Park homeowners who are current on their dues may use the pool area. Pool passes should be passed from owner to new owner at closing when a home is sold. It is the responsibility of the new homeowner to ensure they receive this pass at closing. If a new homeowner did not receive a pass or if a pass is lost, a replacement can be purchased from the pool chair for $30.

Why does my pool pass not work?

Sometimes pool passes need to be reprogrammed. Also, pool passes are deactivated if a homeowner’s dues are not current. If you need assistance with a pool pass, please use the Contact Page on this Website.
