POOL POLICIES
All Bristol Park residents are expected to read and adhere to all pool rules. Bristol Park Pool Rules
- No glass is allowed in the pool area.
- Tobacco use, vaping is not permitted in the pool fence.
- Children must have an adult present.
- No personal speakers allowed.
- Family appropriate swimwear
UNACCOMPANIED MINORS
Parents/guardians of children ages 13-17, who want to allow their children to swim without a household adult present must fill out a permission form. This is only available to Bristol Park resident minors. The form must be completed and approved BEFORE swimming. Lifeguards will verify minor’s status during safety breaks. POOL PASSES
Passes will be verified annually. Please register your pool card here.
Please remember that your dues, late fees or fines must be paid in full before a pool pass will be issued or activated. Proof of residency is required for residents who are not owners of record.
Renters will need to provide a current copy of their lease annually for pool card access. If you have lost your pass a replacement can be obtained by emailing the HOA Board of Managers at bphoa73083@gmail.com. Cost is $30.00.
POOL HOURS
Monday-Saturday: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday: Adult Swim 8 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- Pool opens the Saturday before Memorial Day.
- Pool will close for the season the day after Labor Day.

POOL RENTAL
The pool is available for rent by residents of Bristol Park only. Thursday and Saturday evenings 8pm until 10 pm and mornings before 11 am. Reservations are required with a $25.00 non refundable deposit. Life Guards are required for all private parties and Pool Rules must be followed. NO GLASS or Glow Sticks are Permitted inside the Fenced Pool Area.
Pool Reservation form must be completed to reserve the pool. Form must be completed and submitted 72 hours in advance of desired date. Residents will be notified if the request is approved. Alternate dates will be offered if pool is not available on desired date.
The cost of the Lifeguard is $20.00 per hour, per Guard, paid in cash at the beginning of the party.
20 guests = 1 guard, 21-35 guests = 2 guards, 36+ guests = 3 guards 72 hr. notice required for changes
Life Guards have the reservation forms and can take the reservation. Proof of residency is required and your gate pass number.
